Roman Road Market has existed for over 150years and stretches from Bow to Bethnal Green, both in the Borough of Tower Hamlets in the heart of the East End of London. It is a very integrated multi-ethnic area and seething with life. The market mostly specializes in clothing, shoes and accessories in an area with high levels of poverty. Two Muslim women wear the Niqab or veil, one of them with a woolly cardigan against the October chill
