Charles Blizard, third vice-president of the ElectricStorage Battery Company, died on June 12. He was bornat Stevens Point, Wis., in 1864, and was educated in the east, graduating from theBrooklyn PolytechnicInstitute. In October,1893, he became asso-ciated with the Elec-tric Storage BatteryCompany and was inthe service of the com-pany a total of 27years. He was at firstmanager of the NewYork office and in1900 he was moved tothe home office inPhiladelphia in chargeof sales.
