The Pearl Harbor Starbase Atlantis Program is part of the Department of Defense sponsored Starbase Atlantis Pensacola, Fla. program that will graduate it's 100,000 student on Feb. 8. The Pearl Harbor program has contributed more than 7,000 students to the overall program graduation since it's start in 2002. Starbase Atlantis is the Navy's portion of the DoD sponsored Starbase Program, an educational program focusing primarily on 5th grade students from the local communities to motivate them in science, technology, engineering and math.
