It is a modification of theNitze-Albarran single ureter-catheter cystoscope. The modifi-cation consists in the use of two separate tubes to convey the §19 GENiTO-URINARY DISEASES 23 ureter-catheters, and two knee-mechanisms, controlled by thesame screw, to allow the curvature of the catheter, the wholebeing in one movable sheath, which surrounds the shaft of thecystoscope, Fig. 6.
