1007076019M-008 PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (July 7, 2010) Sailors from Special Boat Team (SBT) 20 helped rescue nine people from an overturned tourist boat in the Delaware River. The Navy crewmembers worked together with the Coast Guard, Philadelphia Police and fire rescue teams. The boat was struck by a barge and capsized, throwing 35 passengers and two crewmembers in the water.
