Trastuzumab (yellow and green) is a monoclonal antibody used as a drug to treat breast cancer, specifically the HER2 receptor in metastatic breast cancer. Here, it is shown in complex with the HER2 receptor (pink). It binds to the HER2 receptor and inhibits it, blocking its over-expresion.
