Arrow cross,the arms lettered "S-G-M-CA"(Sanctus Georgius Martyr Carolus Albertus),rays in the cross angles,the medallion with a depiction of St. George,reverse medallion with a St. George cross. Gilt bronze,dimensions 44 x 50 mm,weight g. With suspension ring.
