Length of largest male 18 mm, largest female 8 mm, smallest ovigerous female 5 mm. Peduncle of antenna 1 with or without dense setules in male, female lacking setules. Mouthparts typical of genus except dactylus of maxillipcd pal[) quite robust, right lacinia mobilis 5-toothed. Propodus of gnathopod 1 with 2 proximal gi*asping spines. Gnatho- l)od 2 similar to C. linearis and C. sejytentnonalis. Propodus of pereopods 5-7 without grasping spines and with only few short setae.
