IT has been said, whoever goes to Balti-more visits not one city, but figurative, the statement ispractically correct, for there are very fewvisitors who journey to Baltimore who donot stop at Washington either to or fromthe monumental city, or who do not rundown to the capital at some time during the Chesapeake Bay.
