A mortar fin lays amongst the rubble in the streets of Raqqah, Syria, March 13, 2018. Although the Syrian Democratic Forces, with the assistance of the Coaltion, militarily defeated the terrorist group in Raqqah, the city is still largely boobytrapped with improvised explosive devices and other explosive remnants of war left behind when the last Islamic State of Iraq and Syria members fled the city.
