MUSTARD, CHINESE (767) A rank grower, several feet in height, and such a rapid grower that leaves may be gathered six weeks after sowing. The broad, large leaves remain in condi- tion to use until frost, and are best boiled like Spinach. A very agreeable flavor, and a welcome addition to our small list of really good salad plants. Pkt., 5c; oz., 15c; lb., $ KOHL RABI 752) Extra Early Vienna—A curious vegetable in ap- pearance half-way between a Turnip and a Cabbage with a turnip-like swelling of the stems above the ground, which, while young and tender, has a delicious Cauli- flower flavor very appetizing and pleasant. Very easily grown, requiring only such care as will make a Turnip or Cabbage do well. It is cooked much the same as Cauliflower and served with pepper, butter and salt. It is certainly most delicious. Pkt., 10c; oz., 30c. KALE, Dwarf Spreading (753)—Kale is very easily grown and much hardier than any Cabbage, standing the winters well if protected by a little light litter or straw. The action of frost im- proves its flavor wonderfully, and it is particularly fine for winter and early spring greens. This is an extra fine strain of beautiful curled and dwarf German type, but of a rather spreading habit, and extra quality. Pkt., IOC; OZ., 25C; lb., $ NEW DANDELION Nothing makes greens than the well-known Dan- delion, except the new improved Wonderberry, or Sun- berry. The variety of Dandelion here offered is the best. Improved Large-Leaved (734)—The old "greens" of our grandmothers, now improved to large, thrifty plants with wide, long leaves, of superior quality. These make a very healthful, nutritious and pleasant food
