J., the propagator of Double-Barrel-Best, and Sunny- Slope Special. It is locally sold under the name of Earliest Ever. Vanguard, however, is not as early as our Early Malcolm, and therefore the name was changed as it might be misleading. Reports from customers in widely scattered parts of the country tell us of very remarkable success with Vanguard this past season.
