Try this delicious Salmon and Rice Loaf. You willbe delighted not only with its appetizing appearance, but with its economical features as SALMON RICE LOAF 1 tablespoonful of Knox Sparkling GelatineJ cupful of cold water1 teaspoonful of salt§ teaspoonful of pepper 1 can of salmon 1 cupful of cooked rice | cupful of milk 1 tablespoonful of melted butter Soften the gelatine in the cold water and dissolve by adding the hot milk. Add theseasonings, salmon, rice and butter. Pour into a wet mold and let stand until set. Thismay be served cold on lettuce as a salad, or with a hot tomato sauce in place of meat at dinner.
