The view taken in 1828, shows the wooden bridge by Navier. There are piers and abutments of stone. The road leads to Choisi which since the time of Louis XIV has deteriorated. The image was drawn by J Nash under the direction of A Pugin and engraved by Fenner Sears and Co.
