It was built in 1423, on initiative of Alvaro de Luna, Duke of Trujillo and Constable of Castile, who used it as a summer residence. Renaissance style. It owes its name to the Marquis of Villena, Juan Fernandez Pacheco, who benefited from the fall from grace of Alvaro de Luna. Architectural detail of the southern facade, with semicircular arches.
