Indian forces stand alert while some policemen lay spools of razor wire as a curfew is imposed in Srinagar, in the Indian administered Kashmir on 17 September 2018. Curfew is being implemented in the Kashmir valley after an appeal by the Joint Resistance Leaders (JRL) to observe a complete shutdown following the recent killings of 5 rebels and 1 civilian which took place in the Qazigund town in the Kulgam district of in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir
