Hisfamily, at that time, consisted oftwelve souls, including his wifesmother and Cornells Dirk and Geertjevan Ek Exalto, whom he cared for. Elder Mets left Mesa for the Neth-erlands (not traveling via Salt LakeCity) Nov. 26, 1890, and succeeded,upon his arrival, Francis A. Brownas president of the mission.
