The Market. The cloniaiul lias been good for all cut flowers. Stock has been so scarce that all available blooms have been i-learing <laily. Roses bring Iroin $8 to $35 per liundred. The average price of carna- tions is from $8 to $1(1 per hundred. Novelties and Laddie bring $12 per hun- dred. Calla lilies are selling at $ and $3 per dozen. Narcissi are not so plentiful as previously and clear readily at $C. Violets sell at $', while sweet peas move at $ and $3 per hundred. Freesias and jonquils are also in the market. In this class of small flowers are baby primroses, marguerites and pussy willows. Potted plants are in better demand and include primroses, Jerusalem cherries, begonias, cyclamens, ferns and some potted bulbous plants. Various Notes. A. F. J.
