Non Exclusive: BROVARY, UKRAINE - JANUARY 18, 2023 - A police officer is pictured at the scene of the fatal helicopter crash at a kindergarten in Brovary, Kyiv Region, northern Ukraine. As reported, 16 people, including three children, died and 30 people were admitted to hospital. All nine people onboard - six members of the operative group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including Minister Denys Monastyrskyy, and three crewmembers of the State Emergency Service – are among the dead.
