GULF OF PANAMA (Sept. 24, 2016) - Lt. Randall Mena, of Costa Rica, and Lt. Ovidio Tenorio, from the Republic of Panama, conduct operational planning during the UNITAS 2016 exercise portion on board USNS Spearhead (T-EPF 1).
