Gabriel Munyengabe, Rwanda Defence Forcet, photographs the evolution to enhance photography, interviewing and readiness skills during Exercise Justified Accord, Nairobi, Kenya, Mar. 16, 2022. Exercise Justified Accord allows the US and our African partners to support enduring peace and stability in the region. Over 800 personnel are participating in the exercise which includes a multinational field training exercise and a command post exercise.
