INDIAN OCEAN (Nov. 6, 2015) Marine Lance Cpl. Jarrett Scoggins preps a horn for a buffer on an aircraft aboard the USS Anchorage (LPD 23). Scoggins is an airframe mechanic with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 161 (Reinforced), 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
