OKINAWA, Japan (July 23, 2012) Seaman Recruit James McGrath wraps the mooring lines of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63) shortly after the ship moored pier-side. Cowpens is forward-deployed to Yokosuka, Japan and is operating in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
