Cavas Freixenet. 1927. Sant Sadurni d'Anoia.


The building of Freixenet located next to the railway station in Sant Sadurní, was built in 1927, designed by the architect Josep Ros i Ros. The building consists of five ships with mixing styles. In 1929 the group expanded with a new building nineteenth-century style with touches of Art Nouveau, which currently houses the reception center visits. Of the whole must also highlight the central building that welcomes visitors, which is flanked by two bodies reminiscent of medieval towers. In this great door there is a ledge waving that brings us to read vineyard architectural, closing decoration facade motifs, grapes and grape leaves made of ceramic glazed colors clearly modernist style passing frame the name of the aforementioned champagne.
