Put the Gelatine, sugar and miik into asaucepan and dissolve gently over the fire. Rub sufficient ripepeaches through a sieve to obtain half a pint of pulp; strain indissolved Gelatine, add lemon juice and whipped cream. Stiroccasionally until cool, then pour into a wet mold. When firm,turn out and decorate with halves of peaches filled withwhipped cream.
