PACIFIC OCEAN (June 19, 2017) Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) and embarked Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 2 Sailors and Tigers watch the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Champlain (CG 57) participate in a sea power demonstration during a Tiger Cruise. Tiger Cruise allows friends and family members of Sailors to embark the ship to experience Navy life at sea. The Navy has patrolled the Indo-Asia-Pacific routinely for more than 70 years promoting regional peace and security. (
