The original house was destroyed by fire in the 1890's but has been rebuilt supposedly in the same form as the original. The Santa Fe Railroad is directly behind house. New highway, not yet open to traffic, is on far side of railroad, not visible in photo. Taken January 10 & 11, 1939. State: Colorado.
