Our Lady of Grace Palau Sardinia


On January 3, 1960 the new Church was blessed by Bishop Carlo Re, in the presence of the parish priests of neighboring countries, the civil authorities and many of the faithful. the construction of the bell tower began in 1981, and it was in 1983 that the Bishop Mons. Pietro Meloni blessed the choir of eight bells placed at the top of the bell tower. In 1986, by decree of the Bishop in agreement with the Ministry of the Interior, the parish of Palau received the title of "Our Lady of Grace", replacing the previous one of "Santa Maria delle Grazie".
