Air Force Lt. Col. Paul Fulkerson, 560th Flying Training Squadron commander, briefs Honorable Tony Gonzales, R-TX 23rd Congressional District, on the mission of training instructor pilots Jan. 17, 2023, at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. Gonzales toured the 560th FTS as part of a congressional delegation visit. He also toured the 502nd Trainer Development Squadron and the installation to learn more about the unique mission and challenges JBSA-Randolph faces.
