Air Force Tech. Sgt. Matthew Hamilton, 452nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, performs a pre-flight check on a C-17 Globemaster aircraft, at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Sept. 30. The aircraft from March Air Reserve Base, Calif., will deliver a 65-member Contingency Response Element to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to establish command and control of the airfield and provide aerial port and maintenance support during Hurricane Maria relief efforts.
