Upper valve with a linear area, dilated in the middle to a round space. Striae al- most parallel, 25 in 0,oi m. m. Lower valve with 20 stride in 0,oi m. m. on the middle, all equal, and about 25 striae in 0,oi m. m. at the ends. PL III, fig. 6, 7. This species, of which the lower valve has a great resem- blance to Navic. Rotseana var. oblongella, occurs on the shores of the lake Lojo (Ab. 48)
