Conant, deputy commander, Pacific Command gets a tour by the Nepalese Army during Shanti Prayas-2 at Birendra Peace Operations Center in Panchkhal, Nepal. Shanti Prayas-2 is a multinational partnership exercise designed to increase partnerships to train and sustain peacekeeping proficiencies.
