This ship was built at Clydebank as the Stockholm and purchased for the Navy in1917 ; for use as a carrier she was fitted with a flying-off platform forward and a hangar aft and wascommissioned for service in the Grand Fleet Flying Squadron in the same year. During 1919 she wastransferred to the White Sea and has subsequently served in the Mediterranean. Dimensions.—332 x 43 x 15J feet = 3,070 tons displacement. Armament.—Two 3-inch and two 12-pounder guns. Machinery.—
