General Field Marshal August von Mackensen (1849 - 1945) - a Cadinen dedication ashtray from Kaiser Wilhelm II Christmas 1929. Auburn glazed stoneware with silver mounting, thereupon the engraved cipher "W II" on the front underneath the imperial crown, on the reverse side "Weihnachten 1929" (Christmas 1929). On the bottom press mark of the Imperial Majolica Manufactory Cadinen as well as a hardly legible inventory label "...des Generalfeldmarschalls v. Mackensen". 19 cm in diameter.
