VING Ms. Williana Doctrine (SARC) kicks off Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM) with a warm reception on April 1, 2022, handing out teal ribbons, treats, and information about sexual assault prevention. The month of April is Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM). The Virgin Islands National Guard has zero tolerance for any acts of sexual assault or violence and takes every opportunity to make awareness of this terrible crime.
