An old historic & rare Edwardian? image of the old Bull & Bush Hotel at Hampstead Heath, London, England, featured in the popular music hall song "Down at the old Bull and Bush", sung by Florrie Forde. (Flora May Augusta Flannagan 1875 – 1940). The earliest record of it is in 1645 with a building standing on the site of a farmhouse . The farmhouse first got a licence to sell ale in 1721. The famous artist William Hogarth is said to have drunk here, and to have helped plant out the pub gardens.
