Kolumna Zygmunta III Wazy (Sigismund III Vasa) Column, Plac Zamkowy (Castle Square), Warsaw Old Town, Mazovia, Poland.
The 22 metre high column was erected by the King's son in 1644. King Zygmunt moved his capital from Krakow to Warsaw in 1596. During World War 2 the column was destroyed, but the statue survived and was placed on a new granite column.
