Men An Tol, a stone monument in Cornwall.

The Mên-an-Tol (also known as Men an Toll) is megalithic monument near the Madron–Morvah road in Cornwall, United Kingdom (grid reference SW426349). It is about three miles northwest of Madron. Its name, in the Cornish Language means "the hole stone" and it is formed from three upright granite stones. There is speculation that the stones are a part of a burial chamber tomb. The stones are purported to have mystical powers granted by Piskies (Cornsih Pixies), curing rickets and straightening our crooked backs, if the sufferer passes through the holed stone. A woman wishing to fall pregnant can also pass through the stone.
