Reportage on a beekeeper in Haute-Savoie, France, who produces organic mountain honey. Arnaud has 250 bee hives managed organically. The hives are moved throughout flowering, limiting the risk of coming into contact with pesticides. The beekeeper harvests the honey by collecting the upper frames of the hive. The lower part where the queen is, contains enough honey for the entire colony.
