Some of the reservation landsare among the best on the Continent, andothers are the poorest. To make of these tribes rich, intelligent,and, in every way valuable accessions to thecitizenship of our country, we have but totreat them just as we would any otherignorant and neglected fellow-sinnersâedu-cate, train and evangelize them.
