Scott Gray, commander, Navy Region Northwest, and the Navy Band Northwest marching band, participate in the Alaska Airlines Seafair Torchlight Parade in Seattle as part of the 69th annual Seafair Fleet Week. Seafair Fleet Week is an annual celebration of the sea services wherein Sailors, Marines and Coast Guard members from visiting Navy and Coast Guard ships and ships from Canada make the city a port of call.
