Vishvanath and Parvati temples of the Western Groups of Temples in Khajuraho. Vishvanath Temple (built in 1002 ) is the temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva as Lord of Universe. The Western Group of Temples in Khajuraho is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in India. Most of the temples in the complex were built by the Chandela dynasty rulers between 950 and 1050 Khajuraho is located in the Madhya Pradesh state, India.
