Distribution: Upper Sonoraii Zone in south-central Washington along the Columbia River and its north- ern and southern tributaries. Growing in sandy soil. Map No. 1 2. Late April to early July. This species of south-central Washington is most closely related to C. confertijlom. but differs from this species by the white corolla, the open and more elongated intlorescence, and the evident crests at the base of the corolla tube. 13.
