Braeriach is part of the famous Cairngorms mountain range and is here viewed from a viewing point called Tullochgrue east of Aviemore. Braeriach is one of the few Scottish mountains exceeding 4000 feet in height as it reaches 4252 feet above sea level. These mountains are now part of the Cairngorms National Park.
