Disabled Japanese men with impaired hearing (deaf) are playing taiko drums at The Lao National Culture Hall in Vientiane, Laos. Singers, dancers and musicians from five countries including Japan, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam performed without vision (blind) and hearing (deaf) while entertaining an audience at the Lao National Culture Hall in Vientiane, Laos with a wide range of musical talent. The event marked the commemoration of International Day For Disabled People, and was sponsored in part by the Nippon Foundation of Japan.
