A little more than a year later, a Mule Deer doe (Odocoileus hemionus) is grazing on new vegetation among the burned forest remnants of the Reynolds Creek fire, September, 2016, Glacier National Park, Montana USA, by Bruce Montagne / Dembinsky Photo Associates This fire burned 4, 800 acres along the famous Going-to-the-Sun highway inside Glacier National Park starting in July of 2015. Going-to-the-Sun highway is the most famous, best traveled road in the park by visitors every year.
