Malanka look out over hundreds of Soldiers representing the 40th Infantry Division during a Change of Command ceremony, Sept. 16 at the Joint Force Training Base in Los Alamitos. Malanka assumed command from Haskins during the event, which was part of celebrations for the Division’s 100th anniversary.
