Benjamin Pitzel monitors maritime traffic patterns on the bridge of the guided-missile destroyer USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 51) as it transits through the Strait of Gibraltar. Arleigh Burke, homeported in Norfolk, Va., is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
