NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Jan. 29, 2019) Equipment Operator 3rd Class Donovan Reyes, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, monitors the downloading of Army M777 howitzers from a Air Force C5M Super Galaxy during an embarkation operation. NMCB-1 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
