051314: Washington, - Customs and Border Protection held their annual Valor Memorial and Wreath Laying Ceremony in honor of all the CBP personnel that have lost their lives in the field. The ceremony was held outside the Ronald Reagan Building in the Woodrow Wilson Plaza. CBP Commissioner R.
